Black spaghetti with shrimp

Ingredients

• 300 g black spaghetti
• 20 ml white wine
• a few strands of saffron
• a splash of sunflower oil
• 20 shrimp, headless and peeled
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
• 2 shallots, peeled and finely chopped
• 0,5 chilli pepper, thinly sliced into rings
• 100 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 80 g samphire
• 2 tbsp fish stock
• 3 green onions, sliced into rings, for serving
