• ½ cup whole milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons horseradish (prepared (strained))
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
• ⅓ cup ketchup (for mixing)
• ¼ cup ketchup (for topping)
• ¼ cup fresh chives
• ¼ cup flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
• 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (chopped)
