Egg Farmers of Ontario has taken a pub staple & given it an update while staying true to its great taste. Scotch Eggs have been a tradition since 1738.
Ingredients
- 500 g pork sausage, casing removed
- 8 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 75 ml all-purpose flour
- 1 ml coarsely ground fresh pepper
- 1 egg
- 10 ml dijon mustard
- 750 ml cornflakes, crushed
- 50 ml minced fresh parsley (optional)
