Chicken Strips recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg fillets strips
• ½ tin nestle cream
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger garlic
• ½ cup lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper
• 1 teaspoon calcutta Portuguese spice
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 1 heaped tablespoon chilli powder
• 3 teaspoon ground green chillies
• ½ cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup chana flour
• ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
• ½ cup panko crumbs
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
