Ingredients

• Onion, diced
• 3 T Ghee
• 4 Garlic cloves, chopped
• 3 tsp Ginger, grated
• 2 tsp Cardamom pods, crushed
• 2 tsp Coriander, ground
• 2 tsp Cumin, ground
• ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
• 2 tsp Turmeric
• ½ tsp Garam masala
• 2 tsp Sea salt
• 3 T Tomato paste
• 1 can Tomatoes, crushed
• 2 C Heavy cream
• 2-3 Chicken breasts, boneless and cubed
• ½ C Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
