Ingredients

• 1 lemon, juiced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground paprika
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, or equivalent in pepper sauce
• 1 tsp honey
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 lbs carrots, peeled and grated
• to taste walnuts, chopped
