Croissants With Coconut Filling recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 2 and ⅓ cups warm water
• 1 packet instant yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons oil or ghee (Clarified butter)
• Add 5 cups cake flour
• 1st roll out 5
• 2 cups coconut
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground Elachi (cardomom)
• 1 tin condensed milk , mix well, this filling covers for all the croissants you're making.
• 1 tablespoons per croissants
