• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups Kemps Sour Cream
• Buttercream Frosting:
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup Kemps Milk
• Decorations:
• 3 cups shredded coconut, divided – plus 3 tablespoons
• 1 tsp green food coloring
• jelly beans
• 2 large marshmallows
• candies of your choice to decorate
• optional: white cotton candy for tail
