Very easy, very cheesy, this is a simplified take on a classic rarebit, with tomato for an added bit of savoury depth

- 150g of low fat cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 230g of mature cheddar, finely grated
- 1/4 bunch of chives, finely chopped
- 1 baguette
- 5 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1 pinch of salt
