• 1 cup (250 mL) 15 or 18 % cream
• 3 eggs slightly beaten
• 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) dry mustard
• of cayenne pepper
• 18 slices toasted baguette
• 9 large cherry tomatoes sliced
• 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
