- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons Frontier Co-op® Hibiscus Flowers
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Seedless Rosehips
- Ice
- 1 part gin (omit for mocktail)
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- 3 parts champagne, or for mocktail, 4 parts non-alcoholic sparkling water, sparkling cider, cranberry, or apple juice
- 1 drop orange blossom water
