Ingredients

• Grossy’s Marinara
• 1 ½ pounds ground beef (85% lean because we need that fat)
• 1 ½ pounds ground pork
• 1 ½ cups Homemade Breadcrumbs or store-bought panko breadcrumbs
• Large handful chopped fresh basil leaves
• Large handful chopped fresh mint leaves
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
• 1 cup raisins
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 8 cups Grossy’s Marinara or store-bought marinara sauce
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• Cooked pasta of your choice, such as spaghetti, for serving
• Garlic bread, for serving (optional)
