• 1 1/2 cup (190g) white chocolate bits
• 1 egg, beaten lightly
• 1 1/4 cup (310ml) warm milk
• 1 egg, extra, beaten lightly
• Glace icing
• 2 cup (320g) icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 2 tablespoon hot water, approximately
• pink food colouring
