Ingredients

• 3/4 cup brown sugar (180 mL)
• 1 tsp lemon rind, grated (5 mL)
• 1 1/3 cups ROGERS NO ADDITIVE UNBLEACHED or ROGERS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR ( 330 mL)
• 1/2 tsp salt (2 mL)
• 1/2 cup butter 125 mL
• 1/2 tsp allspice (2 mL)
• 1/2 tsp baking soda (2 mL)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt (125 mL)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 mL)
