- 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 large, sweet peppers
- 60g of spicy chorizo
- 1 litre vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp of tomato puree
- 1 tsp of chilli powder
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- A sprinkle of dried chilli flakes
