• 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic minced
• 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
• 2 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes or one large can
• 15 oz black beans drained and rinsed
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 1/2 cups corn kernels frozen is fine
• 1 lime juiced
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
• 2 cups roasted or steamed chicken shredded
