- 10 1/2 oz pasta
- 7 oz mixed mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 3 1/2 oz celery roots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 3/4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 leaf bay leaf
- 1 juniper berry
- 2 tbsp oil
