• 2 cup Saputo Tex Mex Shredded cheese
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts or upper thighs sliced
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp Mexican chili pepper
• 1 small onion diced
• 6-8 flour tortillas
• 2 tbsp butter
