Ingredients

• 2 tbsp chopped chives
• 1 & 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
• 1 & 1/2 cups shredded tasty cheese
• 150g ciabatta bread, torn into small chunks
• 1/4 cup plain flour
• 1 & 1/3 cups macaroni
• 500mL full cream milk
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
