Chicken & Cheesy Mash Casserole recipe by Theretrokitchen

Ingredients

• 1 kilo chicken (finely cubed)
• 4 tablespoon butter
• 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 4 tablespoon red pepper (cubed)
• 4 tablespoon green pepper (cubed)
• 2 teaspoon red chilli paste
• 2 teaspoon crushed red chilli
• 2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 level teaspoon salt
• 4 large tomatoes (liquidized)
• 2 tablespoon mayo
• 4 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 3 egg whites (beaten)
• 8 large potatoes
• 3 level teaspoon baking powder
• 2 ½ -3 teaspoon salt (please taste)
• Little butter
• 1 cup hot milk
• sprinkle cheese over chicken and then add another layer of mash.
