Ingredients

• 3 pieces chicken fillet
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 2 or 3 potatos (depending on size)
• 2 eggs
• 200ml fresh cream
• ¼ teaspoon crushed chillies
• ¼ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
• ¼ teaspoon jeera powder (cumin)
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon peri-peri robertsons spice
• ¼ teaspoon oregano
• Grated mozarella cheese
• Grated gouda cheese
