• Spinach blanched -¼ cup (packed)
• Onion (small) -¼ no
• Green chilly – 1no
• Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
• Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp
• Cashew nuts – 6-8nos
• Soft cheese chunks -½ cup
• Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Onion chunks – handful
• Assorted peppers diced – handful
• Wooden skewers – as required
