Coconut Chocolate Rum Cake 🎄🍹

Ingredients

• 3 cups cake flour
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbl baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 1 can coconut milk
• 1/4/ cup butter (melted)
• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• 1/2 cup of rum
• 2 tsp vanilla
• Crushed @rindsnacks cocoa coconut crisp
• Crushed @rindsnacks coconut crisp
• Cream Cheese Icing
• 5 cups powdered sugar
• 18 oz of room temperature vegan cream cheese ( I used @violife_foods )
• 1/2 cup room temperature butter
• 1 shot of rum
