• 3 tbsp smoked curry powder
• 8 sprigs of fresh cilantro, chopped
• 6 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp bragg or tamari sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 shallots, chopped
• 1 cup chicken broth
