Grilled Balsamic Chicken with Strawberry Caprese Salad - Simple Seasonal

Ingredients

• 1/2 C olive oil (not extra virgin)
• 1/2 C balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 C light brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, fat trimmed
• 2 C balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 C light brown sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 4 C strawberries, sliced
• 1 1/2 C small mozzarella balls, drained and sliced
• 1/2 C fresh basil, cut into ribbons
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• balsamic reduction from above
• salt and pepper to taste
