Sausage and Kale Pasta Recipe - Premio

Ingredients

• 1 package of Premio Original Pork Sausage
• 1 pound of pasta of your choice
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 leek, sliced into rounds
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more if desired
• 1 bunch kale, sliced into ribbons
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
• 1/4 cup half and half
• 1/3 cup milk
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
• Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
