Hot Chocolate Coffee with Fruity Crepes recipe - Wabilogic

Ingredients

• 1 cup of hot coffee
• ¼ cup of milk 
• 1 tps (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1-2 tips (12g-25g) granulated sugar to taste
• 1 tablespoon heavy cream)
• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp granulated sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 ½ cups of whole milk, room temperature
• 4 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (plus more for coating pan)
• 1 cup of fruit you love (we adopt strawberries for this time)
