- 2 cups of pineapple, diced
- 2 oz. spiced rum
- 1 cup ice
- 3 cups of vanilla bean ice cream
- 1 oz. chai syrup (see instructions below)
- Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp. whole black peppercorns
- 1 heaping tbsp. fresh chopped ginger
- 3 cloves, whole
- A star anise
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 6 green cardamom pods
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
