Saucy Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet cut into thin strips (substitute steak)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 big green pepper
• ½ red pepper
• 1 onion
• Add to chicken with:
• ½ cup tomato sauce
• ½ cup mustard sauce
• ½ cup chilli sauce
• 1 packet tomato 🍅 paste
• Add above to chicken. Cook till thick & luscious. Garnish with greens
