Ingredients

• 1 pound veal shoulder cut into 1-inch chunks
• 1 pound beef chuck cut into 1-inch chucks
• kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 3/4 cup red wine
• 8 cups Basic Tomato Sauce
• 1 pound sweet Italian sausage cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 pound pork neckbones
• pinch crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 pound dry spaghetti
