• 12 cups Water, pre-heated
• 3 cups Onions, diced
• 3 cups Carrots, diced
• 1 cup Celery, diced
• 1-6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
• Cayenne Pepper or Hot Sauce, to taste (optional)
