• 1 tbsp zero calorie brown sweetener
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 4 tbsp lite margarine spread, I use Imperial 27% vegetable oil
• 1 large egg
• ¼ cup of fat free Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp of lemon juice
• 2 tsp of zero calorie sweetener
