• 900 grams of potatoes for Patatas bravas cut into Chunks

• 2 cloves chopped garlic

• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 2 tsp sweet paprika
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 Irish Pride Bunsters
• 450 grams of Pork Mince
• 1/2 Apple (peeled cored and grated)
• 450 grams of onions
• 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
• 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
• 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
• Salt Pepper sliced cheese
