Ingredients
- 900 grams of potatoes for Patatas bravas cut into Chunks,
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic,
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Irish Pride Bunsters
- 450 grams of Pork Mince
- 1/2 Apple (peeled cored and grated)
- 450 grams of onions
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt Pepper sliced
