- 6 ozs Blackpudding broken up (I like to use Clonakility or Rosscarbery Pudding)
- 1lb Good quality steak minced beef
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Small onion finely chopped
- 2 ozs Breadcrumbs
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Sliced tomato
- Salt
- pepper
- Avocado Relish
- Fresh crisp lettuce
- Parsley
