Ingredients: 2 cups cornflour (or cornmeal would be preferable); 2 cups self rising flour; 1/2 cup sugar; 2 cups milk (I’m using almond milk but any milk or non-dairy milks would work, even buttermilk!); 1/2 cup vegetable oil ( I like extra virgin olive oil.); 4 eggs; 14.5oz can of creamed corn

So in the beginning of this pandemic I panic bought a 5lb bag of corn flour because all of my local grocery stores were out of flour. I’m laughing at myself now
