Ingredients

• 6 Whole Bay Leaves
• 1 c Wild rice
• 3 c Celery chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
• Over from 20 pound bird
• 1 c Chopped fresh parsley
• 1 Meaty turkey carcass, left
• 2 c Chopped carrots
• 2 tb Peppercorns
• 2 tb Whole dried Tarragon
• 4 qt Water or broth
• 1 Large onion, quartered
• 1 tb Garlic chopped
• 1 tb Sweet basil, dried
