Ingredients

- 200g Plain flour
- 405g Carnation Fat Free Condensed Milk
- 2 Medium eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 150g Buttery baking spread*
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- For the icing & decoration:
- 5 tbsp Strawberry conserve or jam
- 175g Icing sugar
- sieved
- 75g Buttery baking spread*
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence or paste
- 200g Mixed summer berries
- to decorate
- *Recipe based on 70% fat buttery baking spread
- You will also need:
- 2 x 18cm sandwich cake tins
- base lined with parchment
