• 1 tbsp green onion
• 1/2 tsp honey plus more for drizzle
• 1/2 tsp sriracha
• 1/2 tbsp mayo
• 6 sweet & hot jalapeños, plus 1 tbsp juice for slaw
• pinch crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
• fresh dill, for garnish
• 2 eggs
• 2 brioche buns
• salt, to taste
