Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons (30ml) butter
• 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 stalk of celery, diced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon (2ml) dry thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon (2ml) celery seed
• 3 tablespoons (25g) flour
• 2 cups (500ml) chicken or vegetable broth
• 1/2 cup (125ml) milk
• 2 cups (250g) roasted turkey meat, cut into 1/2” cubes
• 2 cups (250g) frozen peas & carrots
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 sheet of puff pastry, chilled
• 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
