The Best Butterscotch Banana Bread - Sprinkles & Sea Salt

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups white all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 large ripe bananas (or roasted, see post)
• 3 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 1 yellow banana (optional)
