This Butterscotch Banana Bread is moist + flavorful, but not too sweet. We love to eat it warm with a slather of cultured butter. So delicious!

- 3 T granulated sugar
- 2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 C cultured butter, room temperature
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/4 C whole cultured buttermilk
- 1 C very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 C butterscotch sauce
