Ingredients
- 1 Old El Paso™ Soft Taco Dinner Kit
- 2 Tbsp neutral oil
- ⅓ cup diced red onion
- ⅓ cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- ⅓ cup black beans
- ⅓ cup frozen corn, defrosted
- 400 g cooked chicken, deboned and diced
- 1 Tbsp seasoning from Old El Paso™ Soft Taco Dinner Kit
- 1 sauce packet from Old El Paso™ Soft Taco Dinner Kit
- 1 Tbsp chopped Old El Paso™ Pickled Sliced Jalapeno
- 1 chipotle in adobo sauce
- ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
- ½ lime, juiced
- 2 cups shredded cheese blend
- Sour cream, to serve
- Pico de gallo, to serve
- Green onions, to serve
- Avocado, to serve
