- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- Fresh parsley to taste and garnish
