Ingredients

• 2 & 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 & 1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1 & 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 & 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 2 & 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 3 eggs, at room temperature
• 1 & 1/2 cup, no sugar added, apple sauce
• 3/4 cup canola oil
• 1 & 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup + 2 tbsp strong brewed coffee, hot (or warm apple cider)
• Apple Cider Salted Caramel Sauce
