- 1 liter pre-boiled (cooled water)
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp vinegar essence (70%)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 dry bay leaves
- 6 peppercorns
- 3 cloves garlic
