• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 2 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 12 small soft tacos, warmed
• 1/8 green cabbage, finely sliced
• 150g cherry tomatoes, diced
• 1 avocado, diced
• Coriander, lime wedges, sour cream, pickled jalapeños, to serve
