Ingredients
- 1 package (3 ounce) ramen noodles (beef flavored, SAVE seasoning packet)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 can (11 ounce) whole kernel corn (with peppers, a.k.a. Mexicorn, drained)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp)
