Green Apple Donuts - A better choice!

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 Cup Plain flour
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/3 Cup Olive oil, light tasting
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 2 Granny smith apples, peeled, cored and grated (or apple of choice)
• 1 Egg
• 3/4 Cup Milk, of choice
• ICING:
• 100 ml Apple juice
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 1 ¾ Cup Icing sugar
• 2-3 drops Green food colouring
