Cream of White Bean and Apple Recipe

Ingredients

• 2.5 cup of dried butter beans
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 cooking apple
• 2 allspice berries
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 clove
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 0.5 tsp ground coriander seeds
• 0.5 tsp marjoram
• 0.5 tsp thyme
• 2ltr of veg bouillon
• 3-4 Tbsp of oil
• salt and pepper to taste
